Slept in a bit today. DH worked on hot water heater all day. Thought he had it fixed and then it wasn’t, so we went back to Home Depot to get more parts. Then he thought he had it fixed again, and then it wasn’t. He is not very happy. 😖 I put out bird/squirrel food, and worked on bookkeeping and some calculation for amending some returns, which took me a lot longer to detail out than I expect. Good late evening, another hot day,of 101,, almost a month of it.. right now at 10:15 pm it is 82, For the first time tonight I had to use my inhaler from walking into the grocery store for milk and a couple other things and back out to the car, when I got home I was wheezing so used it once . Was ok then when I went to sit outside, it hit me again, so used it then I came inside, haven’t used it since was humid out tonight…60%.’’ Not going to church tomorrow. That heat can be brutal. Good idea to just stay in with AC. Probably is a heat dome which also holds the pollution and pollen in the area. Just wait until your asthma calms down. 💗🙏

Good afternoon…went to the farmer’s market and bought some corn relish and an oatmeal cookie….ate the cookie while sitting on the bench. We got some things at Aldi for us and FIL so we dropped them off and i chatted with the caregiver….she loves to talk! Music in the park tonight..one more in September, a makeup one because it was postponed last month because of rain. Going to read and relax awhile..

Good morning 💛 Abundant sunshine today with a high of 80°. Blessed with another beautiful day. I am limited with my activities using a walker, but now have limited use of right hand added to that. 🙄 I remember to always count my blessings as some have it much worst at my age. Thumb and wrist are wrapped. Last night I took 2 Advil 200 mg instead of the Tylenol and what a difference. Much better pain relief. Limit of 6 a day, so I write down when I take Advil and how much. I am glad the Advil helped. I tried sleeping without my wrist braced and my entire hand was numb in the middle of the night. So that didn’t work. My wrist actually pretty good today.I think lifting heavy stuff doesn’t help it (even mildly heavy stuff).
So sorry about your hand, glad Advil worked for you, Dr told me not to use it.. I had a text from Kaiser telling me to go have Lab work done this next week,,,keeping you in prayer, ❤️🙏
